Should we ban geoengineering?

Why is the precautionary principle doesn't apply to climate engineering? There's multiple evidences that geoengineering may damage the environment and harm public health. Furthermore, in absence of scientific consensus on geoengineering activity, I think it might be wise to prohibit geoengineering on a global scale.

The prohibition of clandestine geoengineering activity is necessary for preventing additional damage to the ozone hole and disclosing the evidences of aluminium nanoparticles neurotoxicity. Furthermore, the voodoo science of climate engineering must be investigated to forbid the research and development of weaponized aerosols and nanoparticles with a particle-size distribution adapted for biological delivery.
