When adding +hf to metal, the atoms become excited thus creating more internal friction (kE), that creates more ''heat''  thus leading to positive ions that by the laws of physics and likewise charges repel each other, will cause expansion/stretching of the molecules to expand the metal.
Thus leads me to the question of thermodynamics and when we stop adding hf and the metal then loses hf the metal contracts back to form and equilibrium state.
The positive ions losing their positive ion status and becoming negative/neutral ions, these ions then having the ability to attract by what we call gravity, however is the true nature not in some sort of way, negative ions must be attracted to negative ions or does the likewise repel also apply to this?

Other than this, I can only ''see'' that in some way the Quark must have both a negative and positive status and opposites attract.

I understand the electron and the electron is attracted to Proton and vice versus, but this seemingly fails in thought when we try to consider how a Quark is attracted to a Quark or higgs attracted to higgs, I am not sure a particle could ever exist without instantly gaining hf from the environment to emit an em field?

added-

Extending on this, if we took all the hf out of  a galaxy, in theory the Galaxy should contract to an infinitesimally small dense  ''point'' ? Because we can presume that likewise charge is the process that creates form?

I also believe that likewise charges repelling each other is the only existing evidence and entity that exists that causes expansion of anything including the Universe?

In simple terms if the ''expanding'' galaxies were to lose their likewise charges, the galaxies would come back to us!  Obviously a greater entropy increase , the greater the expansion and speed of the expansion.

ask a simple question and get chucked in new theories, if it was a new theory I would of said something like you are wrong and it is this way, however it does not say any of sorts and asks questions with question marks, do you understand what a question mark means Colin?

Well I give up I will discuss elsewhere, this forum has gone to the ''dogs'', I wish you all good day.
