How can I communicate to someone a strong and deep inner sufference if they don't notice any physical/organical problem in me? How can I make them understand it?

Is this a generic question, or a specific one of a particular instance (or is that too indelicate a question to ask)?

One would have thought that simply stating in words is one way of communicating information, although if the person you are trying to commincate with has any degree of empathy, one would like to think that they were sensitive of non-verbal cues.

Non-verbal cues are ofcourse the preferred means of communication because they do not require conscious effort on the part of the person sending the cues, and so will give a better continuous stream of information; and are generally more precise and more easily believed (although they can also be deliberately exaggerated, and will vary from person to person to some degree, so some degree of interpretation in the context of a given individual must be allowed for).

Ofcourse, when one is communicating solely through text (e.g. email, web, or letters), then the opportunity for non-verbal cues is highly restricted; although if you know a persons writing style well, you may be able to discern changes in writing style according to mood.

Thank you for the answer. It was not a generic question, I don't know how to make others understand how much bad I am.

Are there any physical/organical clues alberto ?...is this person just blind to them ?

She is not blind, she seems not to believe me or not being interested at all about it.

These are two very different scenarios, and you have to make a judgement (or demand that she clarifies) which scenario is the correct one.

Alberto are you saying that this is not something they can see with their eyes but none the less it is there deep inside of you and it is a real, this thing that makes you suffer so. Sometimes people only look at the surface of a person the physical appearance and they think he looks fine to me, but what they are not seeing is that inside he is in deep pain or discomfort about something which his physical body hides. Is this inner sufferance physical pain or and emotional one which is hidden deep inside. I understand those kinds of inner sufferings they lie deep inside and are usually hidden away from others as that is how I have managed certain things in my life. It is not always easy to explain to people about that kind of suffering and they usually do not understand. They try but what they see is your conscience trying to hide the painful bits with other things, jokes smiles shyness, whatever works. Religion and work and many other things tend to hide these things also. I am way off if you are talking about a different kind of sickness. I am thinking emotional suffering which is hard for others to understand unless they have walked in your shoes!

Everything right. I would like to shout, but people would think I'm crazy.

I can't. She doesn't want to talk with me. She also changed her telephone number.

I know how you feel Alberto! I am sorry that is so frustrating. I do understand and think as far as I am concerned you just hit a home run getting your point across to me, but I must say I am not like most women and most of them would have some difficulty understanding what you just meant. Maybe like you said she just doesn't understand, How can she if you cannot talk to her because she changed her number! I see why you are so frustrated. I am sorry Alberto, so sorry!
