I need the formulas of

garlic powder
parsley
sour cream
monosodium glutamate
onion powder

for a science project, because I've been told the formulas of actual sour cream and onion chips is unavailable.  Please help a.s.a.p.!

Those things you list above are not distinct molcules.  There is not "parsley" or "garlic powder" molecule.  The only one you list that is a distinct molecular species is MSG.  

sour cream is a mixture of milk fats, proteins, water, and bacteria.  garlic and onion powder are dried crushed bits of the plant and probably consists of cellulose, proteins that make up the parts of the cell, and whatever molecules impart the garlic and onion "flavor"  (probably multiple molecules)  Parsley is the same deal...it's a plant, it has thousands of different molecules that make it up.
