I looked at the mirror recently. I may have been wrong about the "5 strand" thing. I think it was more like 50.. I have a bald patch! :o

This is quite an interesting post for me, and may have relevance to my case.

My normal routine involves a twice hourly series of simple stretching exercises and that I have built upon over the years to help my mobility and upper body strenth, also to help clear my chest during those times of the year when pollen allergies affect me. These exercises have been compromised over the last few weeks due to the surgery restrictions and ensuing inflammation and muscle spasms.

Could be a connection.
