We often hear about children who have had too much sugar and then go on the rampage filled with ebullient zest.

How does sugar differ from caffeine in stimulating the body ?..can Grups (GRown Ups) have sugar rushes too ?

A cup of coffee makes me feel good but I reckon a cup of sugar would make me sick. Does that answer your question?  :D

Oh buddy... get me a plate of jello shooters and I will show you hyper!!! Side note: Sugary foods that are red always seem to make me even more hyper than foods that arent coloured red...
