What is the biology behind constipation ? (I know the basics)...how can someone not do their duty for days on end ?

..and how do laxatives  do what they do ?

LOL LOL...There was a time when I only was able to go about every 5 to 6 days. Now days am regular I think..two to three times a day. But I am eating tons more fiber then before! Surely it is better then before.. eh?

Ugh Neil I really have to take one of those and I have just ate LOTS of chesse. Today and Yesterday. Not good. LoL. I saw this thread and was ITS ALL ME! LoL. Not the best thing to be proud about, but IDC. Now to your questions.

It depends some days I take 3 #2's and somedays for 2 or 3 none. LoL. Just depends..I know nothing about laxatives execpt they make you just release everyting. LoL.
