should i get my hand checked?

right so i've had pins and needles in my left thumb since yesterday. since then it has spread to my middle finger a little and my hand feels sorta...cold, even going down the inside of my arm.
should i be concerned?

Go to the Doctor...get it checked.. better safe then sorry..I am no Doctor, but if I were you I would have it checked!

If you have that kind of problem for all but the briefest of time, then I would agree, it indicates a circulation problem.  Don't know if it might be caused by a heart problem (particularly as it is on the left side), but even if that is not the cause, it might cause permanent damage to the hand.

No lethal internet-diagnosis whatsoever,
I'm just wondering about your age and med.
history: any trouble or recent trauma to
your cervical little bones?

^^no trauma that i know of
i'm 17 and haven't ever had any major medical problems
it also seems that it is in my thumb all of the time, at varying intensities, and only spreads every now and again

We'll wait and see if these strange
feelings called 'paresthesias' stay
just there and gradually disappear
in a couple of days or so.
