What is cervical spinal stenosis, what causes it, and how does it affect the body?

A narrowing of the spinal canal in the cervical or neck area. Usually just a process of aging.  *Sigh*  It may not cause any symptoms at all, but if it inflames the nerves, can cause pain, weakness, tingling in the arms and even legs, loss of grip strength in the hands can cause you to drop things, and you can have gait disturbances as well.
