What Happens To This Dust When I Breathe It In ?
« on: 26/08/2007 17:04:18 »
Moby sang that well know fact that 'We're all made of Stars'.....and for the most part..'Dust Is all Made Of Us ' (well, maybe not but it's dramatic license ! )

So, this is a particle of Dust !

What I would like to know is what happens to the dust that I breathe in and does not get breathed out ?...Presumably it stays in my lungs ?...does it get absorbed ?.....do I need an air filter ?...what happens to it ?

Thanks

I think we have tiny sort of hairs which move dust phlem etc up towards our throats where we cough it out or swallow it.

Could be wrong.
