I don't get them regularly.. but usually when I have lack of sleep!  ???

I really don't know but had to say hi!

Most ulcers are formed by a bacteria that gets into your stomach, from what I umderstand. - OR are you talking about the sores one gets on their lips that some call ulcers. Please clarify - we will inform.

I believe he means mouth ulcers.. Which is common I think if you are getting run down and your immune system  you are open to little infectious agents easier then if you were  well rested and in top shape. I am no expert but do know good sleep always helps promote better health!
