Doc I've been trying to find a picture of the bogophone for you but have had no luck. It is a trumpet that uses the bowl of the toilet at the end. Can anyone find it. I saw it in a show called plumbing the depths.

It is made of metal. If you are counting metal, then this counts for being one of the largest wind instruments in the world as the sound is made by the passage of air.

There's a lot of difference between a wood instrument and a woodwind instrument. Woodwind instruments, regardless what they are made from, use reeds to produce the sound.

I didn't say woodwind, I said "wind", which may include everything from a tin whistle to a Sousaphone.

I know. I was just pointing out that there is a difference. Many people think saxophones are brass instruments.

Then were still mates - let's have a Guinness!

Envious, Make It Lady? Camaraderie is not something I would expect you to understand as you are so vicious verbally.

How does your husband - if real - stand it?

Thats funny!

This is the exact boghorn that I saw being played by Nick Crump. He plays all sorts of weird instruments and they actually sound quite nice. The nice touch about this one is that the lid goes up and down as he plays.
