I normally prepare my own dinners and am quite fond of fried eggs and oven chips which is quite simple to prepare.
I buy so called free range eggs out of animal welfare concerns and take care to break the eggs in a separate glass just before frying in olive oil and with care can produce nice round fried eggs but invariably one goes to a gooey mess.
It does not make any difference from which store I buy the eggs and they all have the same time stamp on them !
I suspect a worker goes around the outside area and pics up any eggs laying around and pops them in a separate bin and one goes in each six pack.
I grew up in a family that kept its own hens and never had this problem but had asthma instead!
