Shelly is asking...
When getting rid of genital warts with apple cider vinegar, does it bleed?
Mine has turned white and it feels smother and not as bumpy, and now on 4th day it's bleeding. It's been burning quite badly from the beginning using only acv. Is the acv worth the excruciating pain?
Can you help?

Don't muck about with genital warts. They may be harmless, but they may be symptomatic of something more than merely unsightly. Get a proper diagnosis and a prescription from a genito-urinary specialist doctor. Bleeding is not usually a sign of optimum treatment, and an open wound in the genital area is an invitation to every known species of infectious disease..

I typically remove my genital warts with a belt sander. It bleeds a lot, and it hurts, but those warts disappear real quick!
My doctor thinks this is a bad idea, but what does she know?
(for those who can't tell... this is sarcasm. to paraphrase alancalvard, "see a doctor for medical advice")
