We're off to Burger King for some Sunday BK fun ..
Can I bring anybody back a burger ?..they do veggie burgers too !

YOU are so funny!! We ate at the Gyro cafe yesterday for lunch! Do you like Gyros? I ordered 4 little Dolma's as appetizers, Ummmmmm, they were delicious!They are about as long as your thumb maybe a bit thiker then mine, but probably the size of your thumb! Have you ever had them.. The cafe is a little Greeck Cafe in Arcata. The Dolma's are these little fat stubby fingers of rice and herb rolls with mint inside and wrapped tightly in steamed grape leaves....OH MY GAWWWWD they were divine...! I ordered a Falafil Swiss cheese burger with it. It was all very good.. I had a big glass of fresh pressed apple cider that was to die for... I was in heaven for about 1 hour!! YAYYYYY! I love good food!

yeah i,ll have a burger and some fries please and as it should only take you about half hour to get to me i,ll put the kettle on.

ME too! I make a killer stuffing for my turkey at thanksgiving Time! It's a Cornbread Cranberry Chestnut stuffing which is moist, Just right, and divine!! I love turkey dinner! Man no cinnamon, that leaves you out in the cold for lots of different pies..

LOL LOL That's cute!! Where the heck do you find all those different smiles... ? Is it smiley central? I have forgotton how to use that program..
I should send you a recipe for the stuffing as I think You must still be hungry and my little blue smiley self is getting all wet and blushing now!!LOL
You should be closer so I could give you a bag of apples and some summer fruit from the tree's. I just picked several apples from the tree and sliced them up to dip in carmel... Yikes I shouldn't but I did! It was good, Bagels I will do later maybe.. fruit was good, carmel on a fresh picked crispy apple is so good!! Did your tree's ever get any apples?

Thanks Neil - It's sooo great to be back. I'll be waiting patiently for the burger & the new buildings.
Hi Karen - I'm ok. We were actually in Georgia when they hit. We spent about an hour in panic mode trying to find out about all of our friends and family. Thank God everyone was ok.

I don't believe anyone was injured at the hospital, I'm still getting bits and pieces of information. I rode through town this evening and it looked pretty rough. Lots of downed trees and property damage. You can read a little more about it here:

Yea, they're pretty scary. Corky watched a water spout come off the bay and turn into a tornado. He was trying desperately to get home to the kids, who were home alone. Before it hit land, he called the kids and told them to grab a mattress and get in the bathroom in the tub. As he was driving down the road heading home, he could see it getting closer to our house. He was terrified. Before he could get home it went over our house and just hovered for a few seconds, then it just dissipated. I got home about 10 minutes later and the poor guy was still shaking. Although thinking about what could've happened to our kids terrifies me still, I don't think I can ever comprehend the fear he must've felt as he was driving and saw that tornado over our house.
That's been 4 1/2 years and I still thank God every time I think about. We didn't even lose a shingle.

I have been in them many times...I was stranded one time in a garage full of Dad's organized tool on each wall....shaking...I was under a foosball table praying none of his stupid wrenches hit me or hammers....

Jeesh you guys that is so scary.. You both had to be petrified!! I have never as much as seen one in action except on tv.. Scarry!
