Why self massage is not as effective as real massage?
« on: 16/04/2022 23:38:34 »
Self massage is not as effective as real massage. A person massaging his own body will  not reach high relaxation as real massage. The self massage pleasure a person receive is not as real massage. A person exerts effort in massaging himself instead of enjoying massage by another individual.

The current theory refers  to the difference between the self massage and real massage is not true. The theory says, while a person massaging his body the brain focus on the next move that will happen and you anticipate the feeling of relaxation  and you let go of the individual that is massaging you to do the work. This theory concept refer to a simple concept a wrong illogical  concept which is simply this because you are massaging yourself.

I can involve in all these situations if another individual is doing the work on my behalf. I can focus on the moves i can think of things and be busy in my mind while massaging I can even get relaxation while I am busy of dong something but I still receive better relaxation . If the person talks about what moves he is going to do in details I still get better relaxation.

Rubbing a part of body give the brain signals from the spot and signals return back to put my body in an relaxation state
My theory is the signals start from the spot of rubbing  and return back to the whole body but at the same time  some other signals are received by my  hands from the brain to make my hands  move as the rubbing and moving  hands are equivalent  that is to rub the spot I move my hands and to do a specif hands movement  I do another specific rubbing the signals from the spot and the equivalent movement of hands signal received from the brain are equivalent this develop a disorder in the signal system of my brain and body this disorder causes the person uncomfortable and anxious and do not reach the complete relaxation state .
However in real relaxation the signals are normal and perfect they start from the spot to the brain and return back to the body to make a complete relaxation.

The evidence is when I get real massage by an individual and at the same time I do self massage  If I focus on self massage I will still get the better relaxation.

What is the evidence that massage is "effective"?

What does "effective" even mean in this context?

Any massage is a great way to relax the body. As for the erotic massage that Seslawian is talking about, it's a bit different.
