I found this place near my home along the bay of fundy. It is amazing and the plate layers are so clear. I have honestly never seen so many fossils in my life! However, I noticed something weird in the layers that seems strange to me, given the terrain and the location. I have attached a photo of the object from a few feet away. I do have others, but I would have to make them too small to see properly.
Any thoughts?

Possibly some sort of concretion?

Concretions are rocks made from "roundish" balls of mud that become "petrified" - solidified into rocks. Since they are made in water they are found in sedimentary rocks, the layering. Oh, Bass you aren't too bad for hardrock geologist.
They are normal.
