I don't know Dave because it must be fresh semen. So I don't if the POIS-symptoms is because of the O. or/and the injection. But my joints and muscles of the arm hurts really bad.
Today I started with the desensitization. There was more semen injected than when I had the skin pr.ick test. And the red spot was very big in the first minutes. I took a picture after 25 minutes. I will post this later. My arm hurts because of the injection. It's like I lifted to much weight at the gym. My muscles hurts a very much.About 7 weeks I will have a second injection. Normally it would be done after 4 weeks, but because of my holiday it's about 7 weeks. The doctor said that it's not a good idea to have this injection when you go to a far country. I asked about rush desensitization. The doctor said that the risks are still very high. And that normal desensitization is better for the long term. Sometimes you have to do the desensitization after a few years again. The doctor said rush desensitization is a possible for POIS-patients but then there must be more POIS-patients who do the desensitization. The doctor also said that it is better to do research to which substance in the semen causes an allergic reaction. Then they can make this synthetic and then you don't have to have an ejaculation every time before the desensitization. The doctor said this research must be done by academic hospitals and costs a lot of money.
good luck, Vandemolen! Are you seeing dr. Waldinger?
Daveman, I had a look at the site. Thank you for your work. I must say that I have some misgivings about it. First, I think that "POIS Medical Center" does not represent what the forum is, it sounds rather like an actual medical center. Also I am disappointed that users can not compose their own threads. I find a fixed format far too rigid. A person should be able to post a new thread for whatever topic he chooses. I do appreciate the work you have done, sorry for my criticism but I have to speak my mind.
Daveman, thanks. Ok so threading is possible, I just have to learn how to post yet. Concerning the general categories I think it would be nice if we all provide our opinions on what they ought to be, I would like to hear others thoughts on this such as CP, BJim, and Martin88 ( need I mention Demo? : )

I am going to the hospital soon to make those tests about skin indradermal injections, and talk seriously about the "rush" procedure and also intralymphatic one, which I read a lot about it. It is possible I will start those intra lymphatic injections, 3 times, in 3 months. It is so much safer and faster than what some doctors said.In the history of immunotherapy, desensibilization and intra lymphatic got the same risks, except than intra lymphatic is 15 times faster I found out that the best allergist specialized in this new kind of fast desensitivation is in Switherland, as I live in Paris, it would be worth to travel 1 time there each months for 3 months
Against brain fog, I don't know if we talked about it but daily Vitamine B12 injections seemed to work for many allergies []chess players use it to think better out of the box ! I am also going to try coconut oil soon, as it is also mentioned as an efficient cure.
As far as POIS Medical Center... there's nothing really fixed about that title.

Some form of "cluster analysis"?
