Title: Petrified Palm? Cladoxylopsida? What is this rock?

Help me in identifying this rock. Found in Wyoming.

Looks like palmoxylon (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palmoxylon) , which has been extinct for at least 10 million years
