What would it take to build a beam shower?

What would it take to build a shower that neutralizes your bacteria, foul odors, dirt, fecal matter, et cetera, by simply blazing a light source at your naked body?

You could sterilise the exterior with UVC but your skin would shrivel and die before most of the bacteria.
