Please bear in mind, even if You get it Incorrect...it won't be the End of the World!

Take it Lite & let's have some Fun!

P.S. - *Spoiler Alert* The Correct Answer is Definitely in One of the Options!

Certainly something higher than any of those explicitly listed.

An artificial fusion reaction has generated something on the order of 100 million K, around six times the hottest part of the sun.

Since you seem to be focussing on natural phenomena

Spoiler: show
A lightning strike About 30,000 K

In terms of fully natural temperatures, I'd say either a lightning bolt or the impact site of a giant asteroid.

If you are interested in man-made things, this does better

But the temperature in a laser- if you consider the lasing levels can be almost anything. In particular, it returns from a negative thermodynamic temperature to a positive one by going via an infinite temperature.

Based on the Scholarly responses above...the Logical Answer is...
" None of the Above "!
👍

Elaboration :-

Natural - Earth's core Temperature is much higher than any of the Explicitly listed Options.
" Temperature in the inner core is about 5,200░ Celsius (9,392░ Fahrenheit). "

Artificial - Lasers are a pretty good example.
" By zapping a piece of aluminum with the world's most powerful x-ray laser, physicists have heated matter to 3.6 million degrees Fahrenheit (2 million degrees Celsius)Śmaking it briefly the hottest thing on Earth. "

At one point our planet was about as hot as the interior of a gas giant. It would also go on to be as cold as Mary, Queen of Scot's tits.
