Hello forum, im a new. Nice to meet u all.
And second,
How do UV light LED work?
What is their structure and materials?

You could start here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light-emitting_diode#Blue_and_ultraviolet
Hmm... Diamond UV LEDs! A glowing engagement ring (except you can't see it glowing...)

Quite a lot of natural diamonds fluoresce under UV light; rubies do too.. Glowing jewelry isn't that unusual.
