This thread is continuation of my "mess" thread, it is "soil with high nitro..."
I've read in wikipedia that sensitive toothpaste contains kno3. Lot of sensitive toothpaste can be found in my country. But, how to pure it?
-
You would need to look at the labels and see what else is there. My guess is that they don't contain a lot of KNO3 and that it might be difficult to extract.
-
Buying tubes and tubes of toothpaste would cost more than buying a bag of pure potassium nitrate!!
-
Sorry,
what is bag?
I don't usually with bag unit
-
It's not a unit; it's a container.
-
Ouw...
Btw, how can i get kno3 from toothpaste?
I think you can teach me
-
It will never work. You won't be able to get anything.
-
Why?
The "master source (wikipedia)" tell us about used kno3 in a sensitive toothpaste.
Try to read it, sir

Yes, I know that, what I meant was, you'll never be able to purify it and get it out of the toothpaste because there's so much other crap ingredients in there!
