Title: Can mixing expired diet softdrink and alcohol be toxic?
Post by: Madidus_Scientia on 20/06/2009 08:23:30
Someone told me the other day that if you mix expired diet softdrinks with alcohol they can react and produce a toxin (other than the obvious presence of alcohol), which I am quite skeptical of. Is this true?

The two mixed together makes you drunk faster (http://www.diet-blog.com/archives/2006/05/23/diet_alcohol_get_drunk_quickly.php).

Is that 'excellent' as in "excellent (said like Mr. Burns), I'll try that"?
Or "excellent! I just learned a new party trick"?
