Well Benzol Prexodie should do the trick! Although it does cause redness and itchness, also there are many new products on the market using salycilic acid you might want to try. Hope that was helpful ;-)
P.S I don't know of anything perticularly effective that's natural... but that doesn't mean there's nothing out there.

I may get told off for saying this but try a bit of sunbathing. The suns rays can eliminate them very quickly.

Be careful you don't stay in the sun for two long though.

I'm not sure how or why it works but its probably the ultraviolt rays. Which as we know can be bad for you, so be careful[:)]

They burn the cells in the blemishes... I'm not sure that the BEST remedy especially because everyday scientist are discovering the harmful damages of UV rays, A few weeks ago I saw an article on how sun bathing is ADDICTIVE!!!!!!!!!!! Plus I don't think that's permanent because you skin will still be oilly and suseptable to breakouts...the sun just drys it out temporarly.

Hi Nina i agree it may not be the best remedy for everyone, but for me it was.

From the age of about 18 i was covered in the bloody things. I tried the doctor who prescibed a few things which had little effect. Then when i was 21 i got married and went on honeymoon to spain and got burnt a little. (you can't spend the whole time in bed)[:I] but the effect of the sun almost completly cleared up my acne and it didnt return.

Maybe the ultraviolet rays killed enough of the bacteria or what it is that causes spots.

I also just came came back from turkey and my son who was also having trouble getting rid of them, got a little to much sun on the first day, his spots have also nearly cleared up as well.

The sun is dangerous so you do have to be careful, but it does also has its benifits. like the production of vitamin D in the skin  which is required for healthy bones and i heard it also helps maintains a healthy immune system and  helps regulate cell growth [:)]

    Culled from the scientific literature:

Title: Diagnosis and treatment of acne
Author(s): Feldman S, Careccia RE, Barham KL, Hancox J
    Source: AMERICAN FAMILY PHYSICIAN 69 (9): 2123-2130 MAY 1 2004

Abstract: Acne can cause significant embarrassment and anxiety in affected patients. It is important for family physicians to educate patients about available treatment options and their expected outcomes. Topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, sulfacetamide, and azelaic acid are effective in patients with mild or moderate comedones. Topical erythromycin or clindamycin can be added in patients with mild to moderate inflammatory acne or mixed acne. A six-month course of oral erythromycin, doxycycline, tetracycline, or minocycline can be used in patients with moderate to severe inflammatory acne. A low-androgen oral contraceptive pill is effective in women with moderate to severe acne. Isotretinoin is reserved for use in the treatment of the most severe or refractory cases of inflammatory acne. Because of its poor side effect profile and teratogenicity, isotretinoin (Accutane) must by prescribed by a physician who is a registered member of the manufacturer's System to Manage Accutane-Related Teratogenicity program. Hi All,

I am a new member and have been involved in research of a product called Neem for the past 8 yrs. In answer to your problem try Neem oil as this (as far as I know ) is the only product which will actually kill the bacteria that causes acne. Most treatments are reffered to as skin cleansers but I believe a more apt name is skin strippers and continued use can cause problems. If you have trouble locating Neem get back to me.
PS my personal advice is always use products not containig SLS (sodium Laurel Sulphate) as on poor skin this can compound problems.

these are all good suggestions but if you are looking for a cheap and natural product nip down to your local chemist and ask for a bottle of distilled witch hazel using this as an astringent once every other day will clear up acne and prevent the build up of excess oils on the skin surface. This product can still be used after the acne has gone to prevent further outbreaks. as a special treat once a week try three drops of tea tree oil and two drops of eucalyptus oil in a bowl of boiling water put face over the bowl with towel over head, effectively creating your own facial sauna this is a very effective way of non invasive non chemical cleansing with the added benefits of skin toning as the effects of the steam tighten the pores therefore giving a much clearer complexion. hope you find these tips useful they work perfectly for me which is good considering i have extremely sensitive skin.

Kombucha nukes zits! just rub on skin after washing and let dry, the acids get right inside the pores and kill all of the bacteria. Get a mushroom and brew it yourself. Ive got about 40 pints on the brew at home :) amazing stuff to drink also, rub under arm pits etc etc stops pits stinking without those nasty chemicals.

sorry to start the dialogue again, but I would like to share my experience in acne treatment. I'm in my late 30s and unfortunately still suffer from time to time from cystic acne. I have tried millions of products from topical (which almost never works) to antibiotics. I saw the positive reviews for this acne cream <removed> and figured I'd give it a try. I used this product in hopes of avoiding having to take an oral antibiotic as I have 4 cysts. I dabbed all 4 spots and 2 went away completely overnight (just starting), 1 has been there for a week but is greatly diminished and the 3rd is almost but not quite gone. This was after only 1 application. It's awesome

when my younger brother started growing some angry-looking pits and zits on his face, I understood that I should help. I found a blog where tells about basic skincare and acne treatment.  Suffice to say, he was able to clear the blemishes and acne within weeks of using it.

I use tea tree oil, too. It was a revolution for me! It works so much better than salicylic acid acne treatments. Plus, SA acne treatments are super drying so they cause your skin to overcompensate by producing more oil. It's cheaper, too, because it's so diluted I only need about 4 drops for my entire face, so my tiny 2 oz. the bottle has lasted for months.

Acne is a common skin condition that can be treated with natural remedies. Some of the most effective treatments include using essential oils, Apple cider vinegar, Neurodermitis, and tea tree oil. Essential oils such as lavender oil and chamomile oil can be used to treat acne by reducing inflammation and bacteria. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid which has antimicrobial properties that can kill acne-causing bacteria. Tea tree oil is another effective treatment for acne as it has antiseptic properties that can help to dry out pimples.
To use these natural remedies for acne, simply apply them to the affected area using a cotton ball or Q-tip. For best results, leave the treatment on for at least 20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Repeat this process daily until your acne clears up.
