How can I extract the potassium from fertiliser?

Hi

I have a fertiliser bag with the following composition: Total Nitrogen 13℅, Phosphorus(P2O5) 0℅ and Pottasium (K2O) So.how can I extract that potassium? What methods can I use

I want that pottasium so I can use it to make potasium nitrate
