What is European minimalism?
« on: 15/10/2021 05:40:22 »
More and more Europeans are reverting to the ways of their grandparents and so on by eliminating things such as body hair grooming because it is being seen as an oppressive American bourgeoisie practice that is ruining the environment... One particular beret-wearing, baguette munching, striped shirt wearing, high wheel bicycle riding Frenchmen compared it to the Jewish arm badges...

I’m not aware that anyone forced people to do body hair grooming under threat of death.

Odd, but I’ve never seen a beret wearing, striped shirt wearing Frenchman except in cartoons!

Not so much reverting and eliminating, but never having been conned into believing that it was a good thing to do.

Funny how the morons with the highest claimed church attendance in the world, think that the creation of their God in His own image is faulty.

Yes, that famed centre of high fashion sheek and culture, the USA.

we Americans do not force our fashion and whatnot on the rest of the world. People in developed countries simply conform to what they see as attractive and hip.

Which is generally decided in Paris and London.

That still seems to be the main influence, with contributions from Scandinavia and Italy. Very interesting to see the growing influence from far east particularly South Korea.

.....such as not prancing about with handguns, denying abortion rights, or electing a corrupt moron as Commander in Chief. The rest of us live in the 21st century.
According to Hollywood, Americans never remove their underwear in bed. I wonder how they reproduce fast enough to match the murder rate?

Do you sleep in the nude? You don't think it's uncomfortable to have your penis flopping about while trying to get some REM sleep? The only time it should be excusable to have your penis uncaged while on your bed is during sex or after sex (and you're too worn out to put your underwear back on).

"Flopping about"?  Speak for yourself.

You have correctly identified "during sex or after sex". There is no other condition in a British gentleman's bed.
