weight loss? I've been told this only works for men. Is that true?

Well, yeah. If you trasfer a load of stuff that was inside you into the toilet pan, that stuff isn't going to be weighing you down on the scales...
Works for everyone. It's a question of conservation of mass.

"WEll YEAH." HEE HEE HEE! I echo Rosy's reply! LOL! I never weigh before I have excreted in the morning because it usually makes a big difference in the readings! You can weigh before and after however to get a weight on your excrement! LOL LOL! If you do that 2 or three times a day you will see how that adds up. You will loose much of the water content throughout the day in Urine out put, but you need to be constantly replacing that liquid.

As a firm believer in empricial study I just weighed myself....

......now...as I type this on my wireless laptop I am sitting on the loo.....nggggghhhhhhhh......nnnnghhhhhh.........nnnnnnnghhhhhhhh......!!!

...nnnnghhh   Oh gawwwwd !!...nnghhhh..oh !!..that curry...arrrgh !!!!!

.......nnnnnnnghhhhhhhh nghhhhhhhh...............plip plop !!............

phew !!!...



Ok.......as ewe know I never wipe and I don't wash, nor do I flush ... so it's back on the scales...oh my !!!......that's 18lbs of feces luff right there !!!
