I had an interesting and relevant discussion with a chiropractor only yesterday.

It seems that normal circulation of cerebrospinal fluid and blood  are not symmetrical in the head, and interruption of the circular aspect of either flow can lead to asymmetric symptoms, more usually in the left eye if there is no history of one-sided trauma.

Strongly recommend you talk to a neurologist or a "NUCCA" chiropractor to at least review your history and check other neurological signs.
