Title: Friends on Forum who misbehave
Post by: moonfire on 31/07/2006 23:56:28
We need to come up with creative ways to make them feel extra love...scientifically speaking...we need to make sure when they are out of line we figure out the right degree to make sure they are in line...okay through a bit of math in the mix too...lol  Just kidding you guys...[}:)]

Hmmm, looked at the stats here too...very interesting as I notice that it does keep up with each post...where are all the old moderators?  You don't see certain ones like Quantumcat, tweener, Exodus, Ylide, Donnah, and a few others...where did they run off too?

Very bored...I am scared this little spider may entangle me in its web for staying in one place so long...I had no idea how a job at a desk just sitting for hours can grow so tiresome...

So how long are you going to be able to cope with this boredom – you knew it was a brain dead job – at least if it had some physical activity, the brain can switch off – but brain and body inactive ...

Good question...there are other things such as the spidey named sassy...yes, I named it last night...the mute and curse girl....gosh I pray she comes back on part of my shift as she is funny...Billy the gay student who wants to be a phlebotomist..Rheka who goes with some guy Tim at the job and trying to go back to school...Robin who is just plain boring so far as she doesn't seem to know anything or do anything but email, AnnMarie is the young girl who is high maintennance and thinks the world owes her...she asked me the most appalling question..."how much do you get paid?" I told her enough to bring me in the door, but not enough to make me rich!
Robin who is another sweetie...the travel queen...envy her right now as she is traveling for pleasure...Debbie the supervisor who doesn't respond to emails and likes to tell others about others at work..ick...I will just put the gossip here...I just found out because people's conversions are averaging 8 percent they are raising the goal to 12, I already have that plus, will look at my numbers last night...so they job is much more interesting to me for the people I guess George...LOL  so sad, that people have to keep me interested....

Hmmm, figures Ms. Helena would not have any solution...hehe Nor Queenie!  LOL  George did not respond  LOL

If a 2nd occurrence, then 2 letters like a and r here is what it would look like...then we all can have fun trying to decipher it...hehe  Hey, c n you come ove he e nd look t this fo me

wow...no one knows what ding dong ditchum is???? well...not to show age or anything but...when i was young the kids in the area would run up to the porches of the houses around and ring the doorbell and run away as fast as they could and hide to watch the person answer the door. then after a few times of wathing the person repeadedly answer a door to no one there, they would get a laugh and move on to the next door...some would get really mad, others would just keep answering it as if they expected someone to acually be there after having done it three or four times...lol...still laugh at those ones...but anyway...yeah...ding dong ditchum....just a reaction game i guess..to see the peoples faces...

Loretta, I want to go too! Thats what the kids think at school, teacher karen sings so purty!! Hubby says I sound like a moose in heat!!!!! ERRRRGH Hurt my feelings like crazy truth be known! But I stopped singing as he burst my bubble. I used to sing in the accapella and in choir in highschool as I loved it and the teacher asked me to! He said you have a lovely voice.  Oh well old age and practice leaves me with a low voice that can't sing high pitched anymore. more alto tenor, but I always loved the soprano parts. Some days I still sing to myself when hes gone and I listen to my music as he hates my music. So rarely get to listen these days. I must say I have been closing this door to the computer room and listening every night for the last few weeks as I miss my music! We have some in common, but more or less its his or it doesnt happen!!

Hmmm, let me take a poll and see...well, during a conference call as I was on earlier than anyone else doing some other mundane tasks...I was singing, my boss did not complain nor my co-workers...but they are used to my singing around the office(as I do limericks too, change the lyrics to songs just to keep everyone happy or at least smiling)I did get applause as there were people signing in on the call but still, hmmmm no one has asked for a copy of my cd or my autograph...?  Here at this 2nd job they want me to sing...so I come in singing from my car...okay, not hard as I have music playing in my car...but I think it is not because I sing good, they want to know what new lyricks I can come up with...so majority rules I can't outsing a lark to save my life...and should be banned from all major record labels to save the world from such annoying sounds...LOL

For me, the thing that reminds me of my childhood most is the operetta the Csárdáskirályno, which was one of the earliest records, that and the Red Army choir, that I remember playing on our record player (probably more correctly, gramophone player).

Well, I now have both the Red Army chior, and the Csárdáskirályno, on CD - bought them in Hungary a few years ago.  The Red Army chior is not very much in vogue these days, but the Csárdáskirályno is still played (although little known outside Hungary).

Maybe too much sleep but can't seem to keep my eyes open. Way more sleep then I am used to thats for sure. No complaints after last few days though, it feels pretty good.

I did find (eventually) a copy of Csárdáskirályno on amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/K%e1lm%e1n-Cs%e1rd%e1skir%e1lyno-Erzebet-Hazy/dp/B000003074/sr=1-10/qid=1157041889/ref=sr_1_10/103-1285152-7091805?ie=UTF8&s=music

There were also a number of German versions (Die Csárdásfürstin) sung in German rather than Hungarian (I assume).

Plenty of options of the Red Army Chior.
