Please put this question into a more intelligible format. I cannot understand what it is that you are asking.

Could you please give us the URL of the website you are viewing?
There is not enough information in the diagrams to know:
- What table?
- What RED are you looking at? (The only red I can see is a photon traveling at c)
- But then you talk about Doppler shift (which can make photons more red or blue)
- I don't know what the Long Arm represents
- And there seems to be multiple concentric circles - I don't know what these represent.

You could try learning about GPS from this website: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Positioning_System
It probably has equivalent pages in Polish, Russian or German, if that is easier.

He is trying to explain my singularity Evan, he is on about red-shift and see's 0 as the distance at the end of the ''arm'' (singularity) where the inverse square law contracts to a singularity.

He is trying to explain my singularity Evan,
It is blatantly obvious that he isn't.
Give him a chance to explain more.
