Writing a strong Research Paper
« on: 11/12/2017 11:28:40 »
The Next Big Step after hard work and research is creating a draft of research paper and making it suitable for publication. With multiple editing rounds one can ensure that the draft is perfected and there is no room left for further improvement.

The manuscript should be presented using the language of genre and correct style. Accurate language will help to enhance clarity of explanation, the rationality of the line of reasoning and aid in creating an overall positive impression. Many publishers expect the authors to present their research work adhering to their publication’s standards and guidelines. So it’s best to be familiar with the associated manuscript submission guidelines and follow the recommended editorial and writing style.

The best way to write a research paper is to do a background study of your research topic because the better you know about the topic the more you can write. Although the above-mentioned method is proper way to write and publish a research paper in the end, it all comes down to the content of the paper. The concreteness of your research paper is the main factor that can increase readability and authenticity. You can do this by adding references and solid facts and figures to your paper. Remember the quality of your paper matters, not the quantity.

Here's how to write a perfect science paper

Say what you did
Say what you saw
Say what you thought about it
Say how you tested your hypothesis, or suggest how others might do so.

Pages of "desk research" and prior references may explain why you did it, but that's frankly irrelevant. At best, it means that you spent a lot of time not doing an experiment. That may impress your peers, teachers and dinner guests, but not a third party reader.

There is no recipe regarding how to write a good science paper, as there is no recipe a film director can follow in order to make a good movie.
There are rules you have to follow but the majority of researchers learn them after writing 2-3 articles. However, this does not mean they will write only good article after their first three.
