imagine a foton machine gun shooting 100 photons at a target. If the machine gun is moving away from the target the photos will hit the target at a lower frequency.whether the gun is moving or not ,100 fotons will deliver the same amount of energy to the target

Nah,  the amount of energy in molten rock is orders of magnitude greater than contained in the sorts of shales which can be "fracked" for hydrocarbons. 

no chance the unfrakked volatiles will migrate to the volcano upon eruption rumblings?

I think it should last a bit longer if you let it sag - at least a bit. If you tried to remove all the sag when it was loaded with wet clothes, you would probably exceed its tensile strength and it would snap.

THANX! makes sense..the 2 ends of the line join into a line tightening gizmo that allows for pulling & tightening the slack/sag of the line. Maybe i should add a spring between the gizmo & where the line connects to the gizmo?

will my clothesline, 50' double line on pulleys & added pulley/support @ center of hung load,last longer if I keep it tight with tightening gizmo OR should I let it sag without tightening?.....thanx
