what degree Bachelor Master or doctor degree that there are teaching in General relativity subject.

General Relativity will be taught in Physics classes, starting at the undergraduate level (bachelors).
At my university, they divided intro physics into 3 classes:
- Physics for non-majors without calculus (Newtonian Physics)
- Physics for non-majors with calculus (Newtonian Physics)
- Physics for physics majors with calculus (intro to relativity).
I think the concepts were just introduced in the intro class, but there were more classes on relativity in the undergraduate physics program.
Obviously the subjects could also be covered in more depth in a Masters or PhD program.
Ambitious undergraduate students could also take most of the classes that would be offered to graduate students.

If compare General Relativity with Maxwell theory of electromagnetic and with quantum theory. What is the hardest subject in these 3 lists and what is second hardest of these 3 subject can you compare it for me. Thank you

That's hard to say since it depends on the person as to which is harder. However I'd say that as far as being the hardest General Relativity and quantum theory are closely tied.
