The following website....
... contains some noble sounding statements about facilitating dialog between scientists and the public. How serious they are is unknown. I wrote them hoping to find out.
They don't have a forum on their site, the closest I could find was this page https://www.aaas.org/pes which links to some Twitter feeds. How one is supposed to have intelligent conversations about science on Twitter is unknown to me.
Point being, you guys already have a science forum. They need one, but probably don't know how. Partnership opportunity?
What I picture is a special section at the top of this forum moderated to whatever degree is necessary to inspire working scientists and intelligent members of the public to participate regularly. Not sure if anybody here understands that concept, but this would be one way to find out.
