Title: What foods are judged to be good and bad respectively for the brain?

Could you mention a  good food and a bad food for brain?

Since the brains are an exceptional organ in that they can only metabolize glucose for energy and not fat (due to blood brain barrier), good brain food would have high sugar or carbohydrate content and low fat.

I guess most people would accept that alcohol is both a food, and bad for the brain.
