How does "I-DOSER" affect your brain?
« on: 17/06/2008 13:22:44 »
hey

my friend gave me this program called i-doser, what this program does is that it plays sound waves to your brain and it can simulate all sorts of things: hemp, meth, crack, lucid dreams, sexual feelings, happiness, depression, sleep, nitrous, migrain to name a few

most of these drugs have major effects on the body and brain.
so if i listen to the i-doser:
will the outcome be  [;D] or  [xx(]on my brain
i only want to listen to the sound waves of lucid dreams and sleepiness.

someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!! because i am [???] [???] [???]and do not know what to do, becuase i so want another lucid dream

for the people who have acctually read or are reading this post,
the sound waves bineral or something like that, and they alter the brain patterns.
there are many non science forums that discuss this but none can come to the conclusion NOT EVEN THE ONES ON THE ACTUAL I-DOSER SITE!!
i would really like an answer

once again HELP

I love lucid dreams They are incredible. May I ask what kind of track record you have with lucid dreaming, and if it helped make you feel rested or not???
what do you dream of when you get there... ? What do you wish to dream of, if you don,,t mind me asking..???  I am assuming you don't sleep well...

The program is not something I am familiar with.
That machine sounds very new technology... I have never heard of it.... will check it out in google....

i just want to have a dream thats really realistic, and feel like I'm typing in real life
nothing really in particular though.

and the answer is yes, i do have trouble sleeping, but i don't know how thats got something to do with it.

Hi Ben, Why I think you are sleeping poorly is because you stated:

"i only want to listen to the sound waves of lucid dreams and sleepiness."
Which tells me you might want to at least simulate the feeling of sleep if you were having trouble sleeping.

If you are having trouble with sleep you may be not even making it into REM sleep where you dream.... I was having that trouble for awhile..Insomnia and short short sleep .. I was waking up before I made it into REM.. My apnea machine helps me stay asleep longer and feel more rested.. and when I hit Rem I almost always have lucid dreams... It is nice..

thank you for sorting out my sleep, it has become better and i have been having better dreams lately,
but that is sort of getting off topic, i am more concerned about 'i-doser' and can these beats
safely simulate feelings or can they cause harm?

If it worked as you think it might, why wouldn't drug users choose this over purchasing those drugs?  Also, why wouldn't these sounds be played at raves and other parties where drug use is common? Wouldn't this be more well known?  Imagine how it could be used for sabotage.

I'm 99.99% sure you're not going to hurt your brain by listening to sounds. Is there something you haven't told us about this?
