I was extremely disappointed when I tried out the 221b.sh game. The question answering AI is HORRENDOUS! Why was it featured on this show?

TWELVE YEARS AGO, Douglas Adams made a game called Starship Titanic that used an AI to answer questions and it worked a hundred times better. In that game you conversed with various mentally ill robots and they always seemed to get what you were saying even if it didn't make any sense. They even responded to obscure references to Adam's other works, like hitchhiker.

The 221b AI by contrast is mindnumbingly frustrating. Even relevant questions are treated as nonsense. This is a step backward not forward.

Maybe the advance is in processing power or something, but I don't see it.

I love the show, I just had to vent my frustrations.

Thanks.
