Title: My arms hurt after runnings for awhile. Can I do something so it'll stop?

After running a little over 2 miles my deltiods start hurting really bad and its hard to move because they are hurting so much. Is there anything I can do??

So, if I did that just when I'm running at practice or for the heck of that, would it help stop it at the meet if I don't do it like that in the meet? Because I really like my form.

Oooh I get something like that too! My right shoulder sometimes screams at me when I run. It possibly means I should stop...but unfortunately my ego won't let me. :P

Ha yeah, a few people on our team have this problem, but I mean my form and strides are so freaking amazing that I don't want to change anything up, but if I have to in practice I mean I will.

I just threw in a random guess... there could be any number of reasons why your deltoids hurt while running.. maybe you hold them too stiffly when you run, maybe you hike them up.. do you have a coach that might be able to help assess your style?

Alright, like how can I hold them up and not have them stiff at the same time? ha
