What am I seeing outside?
« on: 09/11/2017 20:59:47 »
I was outside meditating and when I opened my eyes I saw tons of tiny clear circles and clear circles with a black center.  They were all different sizes and moving.  There were more clear dots than the dots with a black center.  There was only one bigger than the others that was clear and looked like a double blob.  When I put my hand in front they would move.  I had to focus on seeing really close to see the dots.  It was a cloudy day.  When I went inside I tried to see really close like what I was doing outside, but it was just clear hazy.  I went back outside and focused and saw the circles again.

I looked up visual snow and I do not think it is that because the circles are clear and clear with black dots.  I do not have a headache.

Hard to say.
Could be something like this
But you should probably talk to a doctor/ optometrist about it.

Welcome to the forum,  @Enchantress :)
My guess is that your meditation might have induced transient visual hallucinations.
What are you focusing into when meditating ?

If you can persistently see "doughnut" bokeh, shown above, without a camera, you definitely need to see an ophthalmologist.
