I live out in the middle of no where and I'm always looking at the stars. I remember learning about constellations in the 5th grade. I can only remember the big dipper, little dipper, and O Ryan's Belt (Know its not Ryan, but it sounds like it). I would like to pick out some more since I look at them all the time.
Does anyone now any information about some constellations and picture, or just a link that I can go to?
Thanks, Sim!

I'm sure you meant to say "Orion." :-)
Check out the following website:
http://www.allthesky.com/constellations/const.html
There's a lot more where it came from if you search on google with the keywords "constellation images."

Thats a super site and shows you the sort of sky potographs that can be got with an ordinary SLR camera with a standard lens. OK you need a very stable mounting and a clock drive to keep the camera pointed in the right direction for up to half an hour exposure but it's not a big tekescope because they can only form quality images over tiny area not much bigger than the angle subtended by the full moon.
