Title: Tesla Magnetic Induction Engine
Post by: iEvolve on 25/12/2013 02:13:31
So I recently started a class called "Understanding Einstein". In the class we've been going over what got him to where he was and one of the big points that Einstein even said helped him directly develop his special theory of relativity was his work in Magnetic induction. These "waves" pulse across the universe at almost the speed of light. Matter can't travel the exact speed of light but with this theory and theoretical device Ive started working on we could go almost that speed and not break any "rules". But the question is how do you control and direct that energy? If my theory is correct we can thank our friend and hero Nikola Telsa for the answer. I believe we could start traveling the stars a lot sooner than expected if this project could get the right minds and ideas behind it. I've designed a moving magnetic shell casing along with a modified tesla coil to direct and generate the fields. I also believe this general concept could be used to generate gravity if engineered and calibrated correctly. I'll post schematic and concept art shortly!

Thoughts ideas and concepts are greatly appreciated and if they are implemented you WILL be given the credit you deserve!

Thanks everyone!

... Einstein even said helped him directly develop his special theory of relativity was his work in Magnetic induction ...

Can you find a quote attributable to Einstein where he actually says this ?

[ i.e. where he specifically mentions Tesla not just magnetic induction (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moving_magnet_and_conductor_problem) ]

... Matter can't travel the exact speed of light but with this theory and theoretical device Ive started working on we could go almost that speed and not break any "rules" ...

Even if you have some plentiful supply of energy [E=mc2 where m is the mass of your ship ] ,  space is not a truly empty  ... http://hypertextbook.com/facts/2000/DaWeiCai.shtml
Consider how many atoms per second are going to collide with your clam-ship as it allegedly approaches the speed of light.
[ A craft approaching the speed of light will be irradiated as a result of these collisions ].

Einstein says nothing about tesla but he does express the importance of magnetic induction in developing his theory of relativity, and no space is not empty that's part of the reason why it makes sense. And yes e=mc^2 but also think about this, electromagnetic field is equal to the density of the core generating it + the closeness of the charged atoms inside the core. The core of earth is Nickle and iron molten and moving, there atoms pressed against each other as close as possible. Now what happens when you hold two of the charged magnets together? The pull apart, but in the core they can't pull apart but that force is still there. So what does it do? It expands outwards as a force from the center, thus possibly creating atmosphere? This is all theoretical but it makes sense that's why I am devising small experiments along with the actual device itself.

And if space isn't empty and has a quantum adaptive charge aka it adopts the electro charge of the things passing by it then the atoms would be pushed away from said ship because they would be the same magnetic charge

Current theory suggests that the Higgs field is responsible for mass. Traveling thru space at near light speed will subject your vehicle to this universal soup defined as the Higgs field. This is why as your craft approaches light speed, it's mass increases toward infinity.

Infinite mass requires infinite energy to reach light speed.

Not possible according to present theory.
