Plinko's my favorite game on PIR.

I hardly ever watch tv during the day, but I happened to catch it a few days ago and Drew Carrey was hosting now.  I love him!

Haha. Thanks for all the replies. Yes it is on the Price of right, but I asked because when I was with Kayla at the church festival they had it there. And I saw people try and try. And i thought. Wow that'd be a good question to ask.

There has to be something more thn Trajectory.

I didn't really watch it long enough to tell.  It did seem weird not seeing Bob.

Apparently the show isnt played across the pond...

It used to be on TV here....I think it's now relegated to some obscure cable channel somewhere...in the form of re-runs !

Incidentally.....I reckon this thread is worth about a thousand dollars !!

In answer to the original question, there must be an optimum strategy for it. You have to have some idea about prices of things. If the most significant figure looks right, choose that one. If it looks wrong then choose the least significant figure. In the long run that will give you the best chance. The problem is that there isn't really a long run -it's a short game - so any advantage will be seriously diluted by the random element. But, whatever, it is always worth some mental input rather than just random guessing.
People who gamble on horses or football pools using random choices will lose in the long run.
They can help themselves with a certain amount of knowledge about the sport.
That's the idiocy of roulette- it is totally random - the house cannot lose - punters cannot win (in the long run).
