Where would you go to get drunk quicker on earth or mars?
or would there be any difference?

So the answer is... on Earth.
On Mars you're going to suffocate pdq - <1/100 of our air pressure and very little oxygen. You won't live long enough to get drunk!

well...... so that's a good answer yes and what would make even better is lets say we have life support. but nothing else. what then?

I am trying to see how if within a human friendly environment on Mars, how it would lead to a change in the way alcohol is absorbed into the body and how it effects the human body !
Unless gravity has a direct correlation to how how the body deals with alcohol then I would say that it would make no difference.
We need a GP whose Practise is in a bar on Mars to answer here...lets hope one passes by.

you can see from these Great Reds there red and pink colours help them to blend into their martian background..I took this photo on my last trip...LOL
