I am sitting here at my computer at my desk in a very noisy technology room, it is 10am (local time obviously), and I look out the window and it is snowing, here in Tokyo (elevation = 5m).
Now this is quite late for snow, but not completely unusual, it has been a mild winter here (but not all that unusual).
However, interestingly, spring like weather is happening in the western and southern parts of Japan and depths-of-winter-hell - here in the eastern and in the northern parts of Japan.

And the question or point is?.

Maybe he is asking why it is snowing.
-
If that is the case the simple but not very helpful answer is.
Because it is.
-
nope, not asking anything - this is my 3rd winter in Tokyo. Just making an observation that it was a very strong snowfall for an area at sea level that I have seen for a while.
If I were asking, the following format would have been used:
<enquiry or question>?
-
Okay, make sure you wear warm clothes. [:)]
-
The reason I asked was that the moderators have asked for posts to be put in question form.
Maybe as well as question form we need to have an observation form to handle just these kinds of post.
