I've had this happen, and yes, it will dry up. In the meantime, maybe you can fish in new ABS plastic pipe to replace this, working from the ends where the sewage isn't spilled, instead. Try and get the leak stopped, even if you have to go back later to strap it up properly. Otherwise, it's time to put on your rubber chest waders, and go to work. Take a good shower afterwards, maybe a few. You'll never forget it, if it's a main drain line like mine was!
