Don't know if anybody has already posted these, in which case I apologise fort any duplication.

I won't try and display the photos inline - some of them apparently are 1.3GB of photo detail of the surface of the moon.

Very interesting but it would be more interesting if the areas were different and not overlapped so much and the positions on the moon were shown in an inset.  It is interesting to note that the surface is really relatively smooth when you get down to the fine detail and not very jagged.  presumably this is due to dust.
