I recently had gone out of range to lock my car via the remote clicker, but I remembered that someone had once said that you could extend the clicker's range by using your mouth as some sort of reflecting antenna. It works!
You open your mouth towards the car and then point the remote at your phaynx and push the button Shazaam! it works.

It is most likely just the aliens messing with you. I'm sure out of some control system on their ship they have a button that unlocks your car whenever they see you pointing your keys at your mouth.
That's what I'd do if I was an alien anyway :P

If you want to extend the range of your remote, anal probing is the way to go!

I am describing a repeatable phenomenon here.
If you take a 2003 Honda Accord with a standard remote you can reliably (and repeatably)
extend the remote's range by bouncing the signal out of your open mouth if you shoot the remote at your pharynx from about a foot away.
But be careful you don't do it around "smart" people who just might accuse you of witchcraft.

To be truly scientific, you should try with a whole set of throats [;)]

Radio wavelength is too long for throat (or temple) to be a parabolic reflector,
however the whole body could be acting as an antenna.
Try pointing the remote at your temple and you may find the extended range effect is not throat/mouth specific.

Is it possible to make a bank shot off a fence? Is car remote snooker ion our future?
