Title: What do we all do for exercise?

I did not see a phyisical section in this fourm so I decided to ask it here. What do we all do for exercise?

I myself am in Track, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, work out every once in a while, work out my fingers by sitting here LoL.

This summer I would like to run 2-5 miles everyday. No joke.

All this and maintaining a 3.889 GPA, but it does not matter anymore! School is almost out for summer!

Walk on treadmill and chase 24 to 30 some preschool age kids around every day more or less. except weekends..

On here in spare time and down time..like now!

I walk 2.5 - 3 miles a day and cycle 5 - 6 miles.  My goal is to walk 5 and cycle 10. 

Also am planning to start karate classes.....but now I'm kinda scared.  Nic has just been made an assistant instructor and is looking forward to torturing his poor mom.

i walk anywhere from seven to fourteen miles a day at work (those pedometers are helpful) and do some stretching and crunches and simple stuff at home every day

I am starting some arm excercise's for me left arm and making lots of faces for me left cheek to make it strong again!

WOW!!! That's alot of walking!  How many steps does that work out to?

i just cleared it... darn... i'll let ya know thursday. it's a really big store and i have to be everywhere at the same time. quite a work out

it was really cheap. i've had it for a few years now. i only wear it about once a week, but it's fun. you feel like you accomplished something

I had a really cheap one that stopped working it was not very accurate!  A good one would be good!

HUMMMM Mine two but I can slide my arm down the side a bit anyway and often find the remote there! Is it under the couch way back? Maybe it got kicked under farther then you think!

i did have quite a workout looking for it karen. but the cable guy brought a universal remote for the digital cable box. took him like 3 seconds to program it to my tv. i never found mine...
