Title: Alzheimer's and Sage in reply to an older post
Post by: psophist on 01/10/2004 01:13:30
A couple of months ago I talked to a gentleman from Australia that told me that he had good luck administering glyconutrients to one of his former neighbors who had Alzheimer's in a later stage.  She is now fully functional and does not need any outside help.  Her memory still has some lapses but so I was told she is 'allegedly' 75% recovered.  I am not sure exactly what she took, but if you are interested, I can find out.

As far as I know, Sage is used mainly for oral infections and skin conditions.  It may also help improve extrogen, progesterone and testosterone balance.  However, one of my researches showed that in some cases Sage (Salvia officinalis) acutally worked as a balancer and detoxifier of the body.  Whether it will work with metal contamination, I was not able to determine.  Sage is definately metally stimulating and can help mental fatigue.
